Our Mission

At Market Gap Technologies Limited, we believe that managing a community shouldn't require spreadsheets, paper logbooks, and constant phone calls. We built FiWi Community to bring modern technology to homeowner associations and gated communities — making management simpler, more transparent, and more effective.

FiWi Community was born in Jamaica, where "fi wi" means "for us" in Jamaican Patois. Built by professionals with deep experience in Jamaican financial systems and community governance, FiWi reflects a simple philosophy: technology designed for the people who actually live in and manage these communities.
